For Denisha Candler, Nites & Weakends was built around a simple idea: families deserve dependable childcare that works around real life—not just traditional business hours.

As a mother, business owner, and working professional, Denisha understands firsthand how challenging it can be to balance work, family, responsibilities, and still find time for yourself. She created Nites & Weakends to give parents another option—reliable in-home childcare during evenings, overnight hours, and weekends, right where children are often most comfortable: home.

Denisha brings years of professional experience in leadership, customer service, training, mentoring, and working directly with people from many different backgrounds. She is also pursuing her Bachelor of Business Administration, continuing to strengthen the knowledge and leadership skills she brings to Candler Companies.

But behind the business is simply someone who genuinely loves helping people. Denisha believes children deserve caregivers who are patient, nurturing, engaging, and attentive—and parents deserve to leave home knowing their little ones are being treated with care and respect.

Her vision for Nites & Weakends is bigger than babysitting. She is building a trusted resource for working parents, night-shift families, single parents, couples needing a date night, and anyone whose life doesn't always fit into a traditional childcare schedule.
